Can I buy stamps in the resorts or parks?

Where can I find them? Disney can't jack up the price of those, can they?

You can locate stamps at your resorts gift shop. They are not elevated in price. You will probably have to ask the clerk at the counter for them as they are not on display or advertised so to speak.

You can buy stamps at your front desk. I think any store in WDW that sells post cards also sells post card stamps but I don't know about first class stamps at those spots.

Yes, the price is just face value.
