Can I buy Disney Gift cards with Disney Gift Cards?

My understanding is that I can't combine Disney Gift Cards. I have a stack of $50 Disney GC that I want to combine. Could I buy a larger denomination Disney GC with my $50 Disney GC?

No. I have tried it for myself and the system will not allow it.

Nope. If you look at the terms and conditions on the back of the gift card, it says it can't be used to buy gift cards (or Disney Dollars).

If you have a Disney Store near you, though, people have reported being able to combine their cards there.

I called both Disney stores in my area and asked about combining gift cards and they said they could not do it.....

sometimes It pays to just walk in instead of calling ahead of time.

I called and was told that they could do it. When I got to the store, they tried but the system wouldn't let them do it.
