Can I buy a photo package for another stateroom?

I'm considering buying a photo package for my brother's room (him, sis in law, and 2 nephews). My stateroom will have myself, other brother and my parents.

I figure any family pictures he'll be in with us and any other pictures will usually revolve around my nephews.

Question is can I do this? And am I able to cancel on board if we decide against it? Or will I need someone from the stateroom with me when I cancel even though it was paid by my credit card

As long as you have the reservation number, yes, you can. If you decide you don't want the package, you can cancel onboard. Just must be done by the last full day on the cruise.

Are you talking about the "all digital" package? If you wait and buy the second room on board, you can get a 50% discount on his room. You can't do this ahead of time. So buy your room ahead of time (to get the 15% discount) and then buy his on board.
