Can I buy a birthday balloon and flowers in a vase at Publix?

We have a 20 minute Publix food store stop on the way to our resort.
I think Publix would be much less expensive than the WDW Florist.


In 20 minutes could we buy water bottles, some fruit, chips and salsa, a blown up Mylar birthday balloon for our DD age 17 and some flowers in a vase ?

The Publix they said they would stop at is in Bay Cay Commons, store #1191, on Universal Blvd.

Where in the store do we buy the balloon and flowers ?
Is it near the produce (fruit & veggie) area?
Is it in the back of the store to the left or right as you walk in ?

I found the info - flowers and balloons where fruit and veggies are.

So I will place the order for a birthday balloon and flowers in a vase, then place in our cart some apples, oranges, bananas, grapefruits, and go back to pick up the birthday balloon and flowers in the vase.
DH & DS can run and get the salsa and chips.
Grab a case of water and then pay.
I hope in less than 20 minutes.
