into the parks? I know we will save $$ if I can bring my own drinks for him but I wasn't sure if that was allowed!

yes. You can bring anything except glass containers (I believe) and no alcohol.

We take water bottles, snacks, etc into the parks and have never had a problem. Just no glass and no alcohol...

no you'll have to go to someplace that serves fountain drinks. You can ask but I don't think they consider the ice in the soda carts as consumable since they stick all those dirty bottles in it.
