Can I become an honorary American please!!!!!!!

I was typing a long piece of text out yesterday for DH, he was dictacting it as I typed. Just about every other sentence he would say "you've spelt that word the American way, not the British spelling".

I'm also picking up American sayings too - as DH so very kindly keeps pointing out too!

I spend far too much time on these boards now- LOL!

BTW this is not a criticism - I just find it funny!!!

(what would Mary Poppins say - not practically perfect now!)
