Can I bank OTU points? Do they go in current UY?

I booked a trip for November 2020 this past spring with 11 OTU points. Thinking of pushing our trip out to April 2021. My UY is April. So do these fall into my April UY meaning I need to use them before March 31, 2021? My banking deadline is November 30. Can I bank OTU points?
 
They are not bankable and can only be used in the UY of the trip they were in when you bought,

So, March 31st, 2021 is the deadline for them.
 

I would suggest a call to MS. They may be able to refund the money paid for the points. They were doing that at the start - not sure if they stopped.

They were only refunding when resorts were closed. Now that everything is open, they seem to have stopped the policy.

I'm not 100% sure about that. I think YMMV so if it is enough points to be worth the hour of your time on hold give them a call.
 
It took a few calls and emails for us but, they did refund ours even after the resorts had opened.

Same. I was told no many times and kept calling and finally got them refunded. Mainly because they were originally bought for our spring trip that was part of the closure. I used them to rebook and now had to cancel again. So even though they tell you they can’t be refunded, they clearly can, you just need to find the one person who will.

I tried about 4 different times to have them refunded as our original stay was booked during the closure. Could not get any CM to refund them.

Send an email to Member Services. It may take a few weeks for a response but, they might be able to give you more consideration.
