Can I assign my brother’s military tickets for him in MDE?

My military brother bought military park tickets for his family and our mom and dad. I have everybody in my friends and family list. Will it screw things up if I link the tickets for him. If I add the code and then assign them to the 5 people they belong to. He should still be able to activate them right? I arrive much later than he does so I want to make sure he doesn’t need me. I’m just more familiar with MDE and I control dad’s plans because he doesn’t want MDE so it seems easier for me to link and assign them. THANKS!
