Can I add quests to a room that is booked on a discontinued discount?

We have a room booked under the stay, play, and dine discount that is now no longer available to the public. A couple of friends would like to come on the trip and we would like to just add them to our room instead of them booking their own room (it's the only way they can afford to come)... Would Disney allow this since the discount is no longer available?:confused3

Thanks!!

Yes, you can add them to your room. You will not be able to get a second room if that discount has expired, but you can add them to your room. Keep in mind, if they are adults you will probably have to pay more for the room. I think it is an extra $15 for each adult over 2 in a room. Have a great trip!

If it's a deluxe, the cost is $25 a night plus tax. (My kids are both considered adults now and the extra cost is a pain in my purse).

You can definitely add them to your room reservation. We actually had to cancel my mom from our reservation (my dad has alzheimers) and she was having a hard time finding care, but we are now looking to add her back on. I called and asked if we could add her back onto the reservation. We are staying 8 days, 7 nights on the stay play and dine. They said it would be $595 to add her back, and we can do that up to 5 days before our trip. Just call the reservation line, they are more than happy to answer any questions. Hope this helps!
