Can I add AAA discount to TA booked pkg?

Booked MYW package for March without any discount - is there a way to add a discount now? Is there even a AAA discount offered if you don't go through AAA to book?

That's why I don't use a TA anymore. Once you book through a TA, you have no access to your reservation, they have to make any changes for you. I would think that if you didn't book with a AAA TA, they wouldn't want to apply that for you, but I don't know that for sure. You could cancel with the TA and book it yourself with the AAA codes.

I booked a room only reservation with AAA discount through a TA. Sorry ~ I don't know if this applies to packages though. I have not been paying much attention to the packages since we already have our tickets.

AAA discounts cannot be added to packages. You can book a AAA package with a AAA agency, but you cannot add a AAA discount to any other package booked. You can do a AAA discount on room only reservations with any TA though.

Ummm... I should have added "present company excepted!" to my post. I get very positive comments on the DU and other agents using these boards.

We had priced a MYW package for April through Disney. We also got quotes from all the popular Disney travel agents, which came in exactly the same as the Disney quote.

Today we booked the same package with AAA, and, on a 7 night package at POR, we saved just under $200.00 from all the other quotes. Basically the park tickets and dining package are the same, but you save 15% on the room rate, which is applied to the total package price.

(Total package for 7 nights, Dining, and 7 day Hopper expiring tickets through AAA was $ 2900 for two adults and two teens) Requires a $400 deposit and payment in full 45 days prior to travel.

Do you have 2 rooms? is that why the deposit is $400 instead of $200?

Does your AAA charge a booking fee? a change and cancel fee ontop of what Disney charges? Ours does, so I was wondering if they all do.
