Can Fort Wilderness cabin fit a crib?

We are a family of six, 2 adults and 4 kids ages 8, 7, 4 and DD will just turn 2 when we go in July. Can we fit a portable crib in the cabin bedroom as well? I know some have mentioned that the cabins are kind of tight. It is either that or 2 rooms at All Star Sports. I would prefer the cabin because of the kitchen but not if we can't get the baby's crib in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It can be done but it will be tight. FW is such a wonderful resort especially for children, i hate to see you switch to the AS.

You'll have so many more conveniences at FW than AS, especially with the kids the kitchen REALLY comes in handy. There is a Pack n Play in the closet in the FW cabins. There are a few places you can probably place it.

Best place to put it would probably be by the murphy bed which is at the end of the living room area. You could sleep the 8, 7 and 4 year olds in the bedroom where there is a double bed and bunk beds and you & dh can sleep in the murphy bed with your 2 year old in the pack n play by your bed unless you put her in the hallway between the bathroom and front door.

It may be a little tight at night but you'll be sleeping anyway. In the morning once you put the murphy bed up you have a whole living room.

The cabins are wonderful. There's no comparison with FW and AS. We just got back from a nice trip and stayed in the FW cabins. Had family and friends stay in 2 other cabins by us. What a great time!
