As it looks now, our next trip to WDW will be in 2019. My in-laws are retiring next year and planning to move to Florida. If they do, would they be able to purchase tickets for us (me, H, and kids)? Is this against any WDW policy?
I'm asking now because of the pending price increase in tickets. If the in-laws could (legitimately) buy Florida resident tickets that we non-residents could (legitimately) use, then it doesn't make sense to buy tickets today before the price increase.
