Can CM's tell you if a pin is attached to your name?

Help. With all these people get PIN's, I was wondering if a CM can tell you if a pin is attached to your name? I know they used be able to tell but the CM this morning said they didn't do it any longer. Should I just call back and get another CM?

They can tell you, but for some reason they have seemed to taken on an attitude of not wanting to give that info out.

I just called and spoke with a very nice-sounding CM who said that he had just received an email that they are only supposed to discuss the PIN code if WE give THEM the code. He says that they are no longer allowed to check for us.

I would call back and ask them to check. They can see if you have something attached to your name.
