Can call for my daughter to add her discount pin to our reservations ?

My daughter has a discount pin number for 10% off and I wondered if I could call and have them use the pin code or does she have to do it ? My daughter will be on our reservations.

Never mind I called and they let me subtract her 10% pin code without her calling. It's not much but it's all we have for now.
