Can CA Residents buy discounted tix for family members?

In FL, FL residents can purchase FL resident discounted tickets for children (like grandparents buying for their grandchildren). Does DLR do anything like this? My brother lives in Orange County and was wondering if he can get discounted tix for my kids.

Sorry, no CA resident ticket discounts at the moment. They do frequently offer a Southern California Resident ticket deal in the late winter/spring months but you usually have to verify residency to purchase. I'm not sure how that works for kids especially if they are entering with adults that don't have SoCal Resident tickets (not sure if your brother would be with you or not).

When we used them in the past they would ask for ID at the gate and your address on the ID had to be a SoCal zip code. But I don't know if they asked everyone for ID.
