No, banking and borrowing are a final transaction. The only exception is if you buy an add-on direct, they will allow you to bank borrowed points from your existing contract.

That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure.
I am trying to get my son and daughter in law to commit to Vero Beach or not, so wondering what to do. I am at my 7 month window. I guess it is wait a bit longer.
