Can anyone use the Disney Visa reward card???

Can anyone in your family or a friend use the Disney reward card or does it have to be the holder of the card?

Yes, I have given my rewards cards to friends as gifts and they have used them down at WDW with no problems.

There isn't a name on the reward card I just received.
