I'm just wondering if everyone else that has cingular can understand their bill or if they have trouble figuring out where their minutes are going. It's not that I've had trouble going over our minutes, I haven't had any trouble at all with it (we've only had this family plan since Oct. but we've never went over the minutes or anything) but I cannot account for the minutes they say we are using. The list of calls on the bill never equals or even comes close to the number of minutes they say we've used. It probably doesn't help that we are on a family plan so that more than one phone is using minutes but this is driving me up a wall. I thought about taking my bill into cingular and asking them to show me how it works so I can reconcile the minutes every month.
