Can anyone tell me where these Disney/Universal stores are??

A few yrs ago we went took a day to shop in Orlando and if my memory serves me, it seems like it was an enclosed mall type building that had a discount Disney and Universal store in it. Can anyone tell me where it was? If not, where are the closest stores like this that you know of?

Belz Factory Outlet World at the northern end of International Drive has Character Premier in Mall 1. This is the Disney outlet.
There is also a Universal Studios outlet in the same mall. Character Premiere is store #47, the Universal Studios Outlet is store #5. Here is a link to to layout of the malls and a listing of the stores:
