I just booked through the bounceback offer a week ago. It was 30% off a moderate or 35% of deluxe or villa. There was nothing listed on the flyer about value resorts.

Yes, it was through the end of 2014, but there were certain black out dates. I'm not sure what all of them were, but I know the entire month of July fell in the black out dates.
