Can anyone tell me MS hours ???

I'm trying to find the hours for the MS phone line. I'm new and I have the # but I don't know the hours of Ops.

Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri til 9am to 5:30pm Eastern
Thursday 9am to 10pm Eastern
Saturday 1pm to 5pm Eastern

they changed recently

from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays.

Is member services open on holidays, as in Thanksgiving? I just closed and am anxious to find out if I am in the system and make a reservation.

No, they are closed for national holidays, they also close occasionally for system updates and staff meetings.
