Can anyone tell me anything about hamburger "fixins" bars at WDW?

I am wondering if anyone can help me with info concerning hamburger "fixins" in WDW. There used to be at least one place where you could find more than tomato, lettuce, raw onion, and pickle. I'm not big on any of those things on my hamburger. I'm partial to cooked onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, etc. Can anyone tell me if they have this anywhere anymore? I can find menus but not what is on the "fixins" bar. Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure Pecos Bill has cooked onions and nacho cheese and some interesting items on their bar.

Cosmic Rays at MK has a big fixin bar with all sorts of different stuff. Love going there. We always used to go to Pinnochio (sp?) but they changed their menu and don't have burgers anymore. Love the fixin bar at Cosmic Rays!!!!

We ate at Peco Bill's last week...they had sauted mushrooms, onions, I think grilled green peppers, as well as the usual lettuce, tomato, raw onions, pickles, etc. There was also warm nacho cheese sauce (that I used to dip my fries in! ) Everything was very fresh!

That melted cheese @ Cosmic Ray's is great on the french fries.
