Can anyone suggest a hotel in the London area?...

Hello -

My family and I are traveling to England on Boxing Day - He is from Liverpool and that is where we will be staying the majority of the time - But on this visit, we would like to spend a couple of days in London - Problem, we have no idea where to stay.

We have been there once before, but were short on money at the time and stayed in a really cheap B&B. This time, we would like to stay in a nice hotel that is near a lot of the touristy things (our DD7 really wants to see the sights in London)

So if anyone could at least recommend an area of London to stay in or even knows of a good hotel - It really would be greatly appreciated -

When I visit London I stay in any of the Radison hotels. We often stay in the Kennilworth which has a good location near to the main museums. Have a look on Expedia, they often have great deals for London hotels and the site helps you find one near things you are interested in looking at when you are there.

We like The Royal Lancaster at Lancaster Gate
