My grandson will be 2 years 8 months for our next trip. He is a big boy and I think he will have outgrown a portable crib or pack and play by then. We are staying in a 3 bedroom grand villa at Copper Creek for 6 nights, and then a 2 bedroom at Beach Club for another 6 nights. I’m considering buying a portable toddler blow up bed for him to sleep on. Does anyone have any recommendations for one? Are they comfortable? Anyone have any experience with this?

At that age, I took the Pack N Play mattress out and just let them sleep on that. We brought our own special blanket.

Now, I have the cheapest kids air mattress from Amazon and a cheap pump in my owner's locker.

We used the Intex toddler blow up bed and it was great. It comes with a removable middle. The edges added better protection from falls and bumps. It was well worth the $30 we paid for it! We still have it and it was purchased in 2017? I think LOL

We used one of these for a trip at the Boardwalk when our youngest was 2:

We actually had it delivered right to the Boardwalk from Amazon, and then brought it home with us. It was a little cheaper back then, but we got a lot of use out of it. It comes with it’s own air pump.

We just used a twin intex air mattress at that age. Used it for many trips from age 2 to about 10.

I highly recommend the intex twin air mattress with the built in pump, we have had and carried it everywhere since my son was 3, he's now 9.

If you have enough sleep surfaces, I’d recommend just renting rails do he can sleep on an actual bed. If he’s not opposed, they have full sized cribs FCFS at resorts.

We borrowed a blow up crib sized bed from a friend for our first trip. I don't remember the brand but can tell you it fit perfectly in the closet of the second bedroom. He was 3 at the time and loved having his own space (I just kept the door cracked with a rolled up towel for ventilation). We stayed at CC.
