Can anyone recommend a private vacation home rental in Disney/Universal area?

We are looking to go to Orlando next year and are looking for a nice private home to stay in for 8 nights. We stayed in a Disney hotel last time and the noise was too much for my husband. He also does not want a condo or townhouse -- he wants a private rental home this time. Does anyone have any recommendations and websites they can send me of places they have stayed and liked?

We rented a house in Rehoboth DE last summer from VRBO, everything was great. I have looked into http://www.allstarvacationhomes.com/ for Disney homes and know a few people who have had great experiences with them.

This is where we rented from. It was a lovely home with a very nice pool and spa. What I really appreciated was that there was a living room and a family room, so someone could watch t.v. and someone else could be in the living room reading a book. The pool was fairly private even though there is a street that goes along the back of the property. There was rarely traffic on the back street.

For me having a private pool is soooo wonderful. We swam every day.

We have stayed several times in the Indian Creek Subdivision. Excellent location close to grocery stores, food, and best of all the parks. We love having our own private pool and a place to lounge rather than in a single room hotel.

We used to stay on property and have stayed at every resort except for 2 of them and I prefer to stay at a vacation home now! We have a large family and this is perfect for us!

Check it out and don't be afraid to send a message to the owners...sometimes they will work out a deal for you! I know this first hand....hint hint!
