Can anyone please help me?

I usually just hit ctrl+c and ctrl+v to paste pictures on my word documents. This seems to be much tricker. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm going to WDW in Oct. It's been 10 years since my last visit. I'm so excited and I enjoy reading these boards.
