Can anyone out there help me with a computer problem?

My computer just started acting weird! I've been trying to access websites from links provided on threads here from the DIS and everytime I do, I just hear a clunk... and the there is a small message at the bottom of the screen that say " A popup window was blocked". I do have a pop swatter enabled, but I've never had a problem connectinmg to other links via the DIS before. Can anyone tell me how to fix it so I can see some of the t-shirt designer sites??

go to options and click "allow pop ups on this site" for www.disboards.com
