Hello to all. I am seeking opinions on this situation. We are a grand gathering visiting WDW in mid-December and we have the basic DPP. Our initial dining reservations were made by a travel agent. Since then we have decided to add a few more reservations, knowing that we would have to pay OOP for these. Is it important or even necessary for all the reservations to be under the same res #. The TA would have used the GG # which I do not have. I made the additional ones using my name and tel #. After reading about mixed-up reservations, I'm worried now.

Any opinions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

As long as you have your confirmation #'s I wouldn't worry at all.

Did you call the Grand Gathering number when you made the additional dining reservations? We have done two GG's and I don't remember the Grand Gathering number being overly necessary for things. I just remember having to call a specific number when I made our reservations (they still just requested a phone number). That being said with the new dining line trying to come up soon I don't know if something has changed.

Your GG number and/or your res numbers have NOTHING to do with your dining resses. Neither one is notated on the other. and you dont have to call GG to do dining but you may have to call group dining if you have over X amount of people (x varies by restaurant, usually 13 or so)

We are doing a Grand Gathering this month and are on the DDP and heve never made ressie through anywhere but the ADR department. I attempted to make ressies as Tony'dgrand gather breakfast through grandgathering but it was sold out. That was the only one I used it for.

Thanks for all the input so far. My party size is 10 and I have always called the ADR number, never the grand gathering number. I do have all my confirmation numbers and will be sure to take these with me.

I really appreciate this board :thumbsup2
