Can anyone help with me with one of Pat's designs?

I've been going over these threads for days getting ideas for next years anniversary trip and cruise. I've also requested designs from several of you which I absolutely love. I found this on Pat's thread and would like to know if someone can re-create the image with the initials D and L. This would be so perfect for our 20th anniversary.
