Can anyone help with a calorie estimate?

I'm going out to a Thai restaurant tonight, and am trying to find something on the menu that won't totally bust my calorie count for the day. I know Pad Thai and any of the coconut curries are probably out, but I was thinking about a ginger stir fry they have on the menu, maybe with shrimp. They of course don't have their nutritional info posted... can anyone help me with a calorie estimate for this restaurant stir fry?

You can ask for NI when you get there. Even if they don't post it online or in the restaurant, most places (by law I believe) have a binder or book that shows the NI breakdown for the majority of the stuff on their regular menu. I've asked in many places and only been denied in a few smaller family-owned diner-type restaurants. It doesn't hurt to ask! Otherwise I would suggest finding a similar food item at a chain restaurant website and use their NI for comparison purposes at least. Good luck..............P

I haven't been able to find anything similar on myfitnesspal... it just varies so wildly. I will ask for NI when I get there, but it is a smaller restaurant. Thanks!
