Can anyone help with a 3-generations design?

I'd like to make t-shirts for me, my daughter and my mom for our upcoming trip to WDW. I really like Natalie's mother/daughter design (the pink mickey heads - http://s143.photobucket.com/albums/...ction=view&current=MotherDaughterTrip2010.jpg) and was wondering if it was possible to do something similar(ish) for grandmother/mother/daughter.
