We was in Universal Orlando in January, trying to find a lovely mum from Bristol in the UK who looked after my autistic son on Hargids Magical Creatures when I couldn't ride with him because I had to sit with my younger daughter in child swap. Any ideas on how to find her to say thank you? We have the on-ride photo. Wish I said thank you at the time but he only told me how kind she was and how she looked after him for me once we had left the child swap!

We live in Liverpool in the UK.

Here you go...

Short of posting the ride photo online on social media and asking if anyone recognizes her, I don't know anyway you're going to be able to locate her.
How do I post the photo? I tried on this thread and couldn't

Will post on the Universal board when I get time later

I think you need 10 posts before you can post an image, but I'm not positive. Once you're ready to do so, click this icon on the post tool bar: 649378 and you can upload from your computer.

You could maybe send the picture to Universal’s Twitter or Instagram explaining what you want to do. They are pretty responsive when you interact with their social media. Maybe the lady follows UO and might see it if they retweeted it.

How sweet of you. Good luck. :flower3:

Another approach might be to send the photo to someone @ Universal indicating the date/time the photo was taken. They may have the information stored that allows them to identify who it is. Think this is a better approach compared to posting the picture of a stranger on social media and asking random people if they know who that is.

Happy to do this! Who would I contact and how? Thanks in advance
