Can anyone access their Candlelight or fantasmic package ADR's online?

Both these reservations were made by phone and I can't bring up either putting in the reservation number online. I have a confirmation number and gave credit card info for both, so I know I have them. Is this just because it is a special package that you can't see it online? Just wondering.
 
I can access my Fantasmic package but not my Candlelight Processional.
 
I could not access my CP online either. I called to confirm and it is fine, so I put myself at ease! Not sure why it doesn't come up online.
 
Add me to the no list for the CP; I called and confirmed. The lady told me I'm set and not to worry about it not showing online.
 

I do not have a CP package, but we do have a Fantasmic package. It DOES show up online for us. :confused3 I'm sure you're fine though - it must be one of those quirks. Just wanted you to know our experience.
 
I booked both Candlelight Processional package (Nine Dragons) and Fantasmic Package (Hollywood & Vine) on the phone and am now able to pull both up online. I think though when I tried to pull up the CP immediately after booking (about a month ago) it didn't come up. Perhaps it takes time to upload to "see" the reservation online?
 
Problem solved. Although I gave my cell phone for all adr's, for some reason they linked my home phone to these two package ressies. I was now able to pull both up using the home number. So if you can't pull them up, try all your phone numbers. The CM also stated that it did take time to originally get loaded in the system as the previous poster stated.
