My DD is now 11 and we are debating the DDP because she is not a big eater. She would still be fine with kids meals.
If we decide to skip the DDP and pay out of pocket at table service can an 'adult" order off of the kids menu for themselves or would servers not allow this?

Yep, I do this all the time. I'm kind of a picky eater, so sometimes Macaroni and Cheese is my best option! I have spoken to servers many times about this and each and every one of them said there is no problem with this and they all encouraged it because "they want you to be happy!". It was almost like they are scripted to say this if an adult orders off the kids menu.

Thank you! That pretty much makes my decision not to go with the DDP at this time. My 11 year old wouldn't eat enough to justify the adult fee.
