Can Air Canada use Magical Express?

We will be meeting my son at MCO to go to DW together (his first trip there since 1983) and since he lives in Toronto, he will be flying Air Canada.

Can he use the Magical Express luggage tags--I have never had to think of this before since I live in the US so I do not know if he can't as I think he will have to go through customs when he arrives.

as long as he passes through customs at home in canada he can use the yellow tags.

Yes, he will pass through US customs and immigration in TO before he boards the airplane. The luggage tags will work just fine - we've used them ourselves flying from Toronto with no problems whatsoever

Since you clear US Customs at Terminal 1 in Toronto when you land in Orlando it will be like any flight arriving there within the United States, because once you step off the plane you can go right to the Magical Express check-in desk.

Even those from other countries and needing to clear customs in Orlando have all these choices:
1. Pick up the bags in the customs station and take them all the way to the DME bus.
2. Clear cuistoms and put the bags on the other belt and go to the carousel and pick up the bags there and take them to the DME bus.
3. Clear customs and put the bags on the other belt and go directly to the DME bus and let DME transport the bags (before 10 PM only).

I always thought whenever clearing US Customs in Orlando you always had to put your checked bags on the other belt inside there before going to the main terminal? Also before entering the main terminal you go through another TSA security check point, so would any checked bags be able to fit through the scanner? Finally when Canada 3000 Airlines was still in business they were the only airline when flying from Toronto - Orlando where you had to clear US Customs in Orlando, then we had to pick up our checked bags twice and were not given an option of taking them with us.
