Can a PTR be therapeutic?YUP!!Addictive?**2/14-I'm home...**

Let's take bets.

Okay folks.....I called WDW-DINE today..........

Here's the latest/final ADR list for our trip...................additions/changes in italics.

Tuesday, February 5th

7:00ish--Tutto Italia. 8 adults

7:30pm--Teppan Edo. 6 adults. 1 child.

Wednesday, February 6th

6:45pm--Sci-fi Diner. 5 adults. 3 children.

Thursday, February 7th

5:30pm--Flying Fish Cafe. 5 adults

5:45pm--Tutto Italia. 7 adults. 3 children.

Friday, February 8th

Saturday, February 9th

Noon--Liberty Tree Tavern. 2 adults. 1 infant.

12:15pm--CRT. 2 adults. 1 child.

7:30pm--CA Grill. 2 adults.

Sunday, February 10th

12:15pm--Prime Time Cafe. 4 adults. 2 kids

5:40pm--Chefs de France. 4 adults. 2 kids.

If you look, very few of these ADRs have the same party size. I don't know how we'll keep this straight...:confused3

In addition, you'll notice that on a few days, we are carrying 2 ADRs for the same meal period. I did try and accommodate my friend's friends, but didn't really go out of my way.

I'm hoping this is it...but let's lay odds on the ADRs changing again.........

Why two Tutto Italias?

Okay, let's see if I can get this straight in my head......

IF my friend's friends come on Tuesday, then Teppan Edo won't be an option as the table won't fit everyone. So I booked Tutto Italia instead. Why no kids in the TI ADR? IF they opt for TI then I will babysit and this will be an Adults only dinner.

IF they keep the Teppan Edo ADR, we still want to try this restaurant. So I made 2 ADRs for Tutto.

Are you lost? That makes 2 of us.....:scared:

Sunday, February 3rd

6:00pm-Cape May Clambake. 3 Adults, 1 infant

Cape May has the "Man-Report" seal of approval. ::yes:: By far, the absolute BEST buffet in the "world". :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Monday, February 4th

7:40pm--Le Cellier 6 adults, 1 infant

Again, two :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 . But only if you have a glass of Cab whilst you slurp your cheese soup. If you don't do this, I only give it one :thumbsup2 .

Tuesday, February 5th

7:00ish--Tutto Italia. 8 adults

New restaurant. No comment but prolly good. Stick to the noodles.

7:30pm--Teppan Edo. 6 adults. 1 child.

What the frig is this? Is this that Benihannas?

Wednesday, February 6th

6:45pm--Sci-fi Diner. 5 adults. 3 children.

Thursday, February 7th

Clueless... :confused3

5:30pm--Flying Fish Cafe. 5 adults

The "fish" gets my two knuckle seal of approval. See if you can find the hidden mickey in the restaurant. Hint: It's painted on the wall, up high above the bar.

Friday, February 8th

6:00ish--Narcoosee's. 5 adults.

Surf & Turf dude. Filet & Lobster. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Saturday, February 9th

Noon--Liberty Tree Tavern. 2 adults. 1 infant.

Eh! I'd sooner have a double cheeseburger at Pecos Bill's with the rad fixin's bar. ::yes::

7:30pm--CA Grill. 2 adults.

Great but make sure to schedule during Wishes, palm a $20 as you shake the Maitre'd's hand and ask for a window seat to watch the show.

5:40pm--Chefs de France. 4 adults. 2 kids.

Upgrade to the Bistro at the 30 day mark and I'll keep responding to your report. Don't and I'll abandon you like a passenger on a Jet Blue flight.

You're smart. You'll figure it out. ::yes::

We HATED Sci Fi. The food was greasy, not good, and took forever to get. And the prices were high. Just FYI. The movies were fun, though.

The better late than never Raglan Road Pics....Even tho you didn't book it things can change and here's some research if nothing else!

Scallop Forest (however unforesty it was served to us)

One of these was Paddy's Pork the other Heavenly Ham (I think)

HEY JORDAN!!!

We're back!! And I actually started a TR...I think my link works and everything ;)

Sorry to hear about all of your ADR headaches :headache: ...I had a hard enough time figuring ours out with just 2 adults I can't imagine how you feel!!

They look great though....I know you will have a wonderful time....it's coming up soon!!!

Yikes! Binder's going to get a workout trying to keep all of those straight!

The only ADR I can comment on is 50's Primetime. The Pot Roast was outstanding, the smores even better. However we had the most boring server in the world..Seriously. He was definitely working in the wrong restaurant. I hope you have better luck with servers than we did. We did have fun watching some of the other tables who had far more engaging servers.

We have ADRs for 50's Primetime, Le Cellier, Sci-Fi and Cape May in Jan. I tried fitting in Cape May, but I just can't squeeze it in anywhere. Maybe in December..

I'm tired just reading your adr's! I'm afraid you're going to need more than one binder to keep it all straight!

You had me at...buffet.

Again, two :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 . But only if you have a glass of Cab whilst you slurp your cheese soup. If you don't do this, I only give it one :thumbsup2 .

If I have the cheese soup, I'd be having gastrointestinal issues that rival LtPs issue. No Lactose for me.

The wine.....on the other hand

What the frig is this? Is this that Benihannas?

This is WDWs version of Benihana's. Can't help going to this place. Genetics.

Clueless... :confused3

This was my cousin's husband's choice. I will not be going to this dinner. No loss here as my meal here in June was not that good.

The "fish" gets my two knuckle seal of approval. See if you can find the hidden mickey in the restaurant. Hint: It's painted on the wall, up high above the bar.

Flying Fish is also one of my favorites. :thumbsup2

Surf & Turf dude. Filet & Lobster. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

We made ADRs here based on your recommendation.

Eh! I'd sooner have a double cheeseburger at Pecos Bill's with the rad fixin's bar. ::yes::

I was thinking of changing this to Kona Cafe. You just decided it for me.

Great but make sure to schedule during Wishes, palm a $20 as you shake the Maitre'd's hand and ask for a window seat to watch the show.

Thanks for the tip. should I be slipping you some green right now?

Doh...In my defense, I made this ADR on the fly. It would be hard to eat at Bistro w/ the kids....we'll see.:confused3

You're smart. You'll figure it out. ::yes::

Thanks.:thumbsup2

:faint:

DUDE. You are a better man than I (course, I'm not a man....:rolleyes1)

Oof! Good luck keeping everything straight. I would have left them to their own devices. I'm mean tho.

We HATED Sci Fi. The food was greasy, not good, and took forever to get. And the prices were high. Just FYI. The movies were fun, though.

Yeah, I agree w/ you on Sci Fi, but Wendy's DH wants to eat here w/ the kids.....I am not eating here because of the reasons you listed.

Welcome to ADR roulette.

Jordan, I'm getting hungry reading about your ADRs! Good job on getting everything figured out - do you have a seating chart for Binder? :lmao:

My DS ate at Cape May clambake - found it by accident - he loved it and we're planning that ADR for post-cruise in October :thumbsup2

We love Sci Fi, although I think it is partly for the atmosphere. We had a shrimp pasta in June that was a little "iffy." But the YOMD drink with the glow cube made up for it! :drinking1

We also loved Chefs de France - thought it was "cruise ship good!"

Let's hope this is your final answer;)

I have 5 nights on my own so Raglan Road still might make the cut, especially after the pix. Thanks for posting them...:thumbsup2

Don't mind the alcohol pix either...;)

Pot Roast is one of my favorite dishes ever. My grandpa was an executive chef and made a mean roast. It's total comfort food for me.

We have the same issue with servers at PTC. We've eaten there 6-7 times and maybe had 3 great servers, a few good ones and a few duds. I go for the Pot Roast and the decor, the server is a bonus.

Hey Tammie,

My side salad at Sci-Fi......I've seen better salads at...well everywhere else on this planet. It looked that bad. It was fresh, but my cousin's 2 year old could've made it.

I LOVE the atmosphere as well...Heck I've eaten there 4 times.
