Can a good report card still get the kids something at hotels?

I read a thread a whike back that mentioned someones child got a free mug or something for having good grades on the report card, is this still going on? If so where is it valid at?

We were at Royal Pacific the night of May 23rd and my kids had just finished their last day (half day!) of school and had report cards in hand (both straight a's all year, thank you very much)


Anyway, they had NOTHING available for the "A" kids program. They did have really cute welcome gifts of a bucket/shovel that had a nice shell necklace included. My kids were very pleased with that, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have something for the good grades. In the past they have received wrist bands (at the hard rock, royal pacific and portofino) for their good grades. The wrist bands allowed them to get a free drink from the pool bar. I believe I read that some kids have gotten a refillable mug; that was what I was hoping for.

The lady who checked us in did report that they were awaiting their shipment for this program for this summer. She stated the hotel would likely have the good grade gifts next week.
