Can a daughter of DVC member purchase a TiW card?

Hi guys, I hope this is the correct place to post this question. I've looked all over the internet and can't seem to find a definitive answer. I am heading to disney for a holiday for the first time without my parents (going with my boyfriend) and they have kindly let me use their DVC points to do so. I still live at home with my parents and am over 21. I have found repeatedly that with regards to AP's that as long as the person lives in the same address as the person on the DVC membership card and could prove this then they could purchase an AP using DVC member discounts. My question is if anyone knows if this might be the same rule for a TiW card? i.e if i take a photocopy of my parents ID/passport, the DVC membership card, my own ID and the address on my ID matches the address on my parents ID if this would enable me to purchase one? Any help/info would be greatly appreciated

Note, if you have an AP, there is no issue since you can purchase the TIW card as either an AP holder or a DVC member. However, without an AP you will not be able to purchase the TIW card as someone in the same household as a DVC member. Only a member can purchase a TIW card. That member can then purchase a second card for someone in the same household for $50 but the member must make the purchase of the initial card to be able to buy the second.

There is also a TIW office that you can call to talk to someone there too. They are only open during business hours M-F. But I agree with drusba that only a dvc member can buy the TIW card. But any AP holder can buy it.
