Can a Cast Member be Family of The Day at a WDW Resort?

If a Cast Member is staying at a WDW Resort are they allowed to be named Family of The Day? This would seem to be a real conflict of interest if it ever happens, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the official WDW policy was. Thanks.

2) They ask if you are a CM or direct family member of one.
