Can a candy cane ever be too old to eat?

I think not! I was running around a lot today and didn't have time to stop and eat, realized hey I have a candy cane unopened and in good shape! Tasty! A little chewy but all in all I think better stale than fresh!

I have eaten candy canes that have started to get chewy. LOL still good.

get better with age.....but those Easter yuckies.....those are disgusting old new or right off the conveyor belt.......I also use my candy canes in ice cream all smooshed up.....delicious
