Can’t send private messages?

Trying to send a private message on the DVC Rent/Trade board. I can’t seem to access the feature even though my account is not new. Am I missing some setting somewhere that I need to turn on? I don’t even see the option when I click on conversations. I have sent pm’s in the past. Thanks!

The person you are trying to PM also needs 10 posts and to have been a member for a certain amount of time. Also, active infraction points can impact certain board features, such as signatures and PMs (see DIS Guidelines). These are two of the more common culprits when encountering issues with PMs.
