Can’t seem to sign onto DCL

Myself and another are having sign-in troubles. How do I clean my iPhone and PC to get rid of cookie issue? My daughters boyfriend is also having a problem but he’s never been on the site before from his home PC. So…yeah…maybe DCL is changing something on the web and will be back up soon?(I don’t want to think about what they would need to change during the day!!!)

Yeah, it's not you, it's them. I'm having the same issue and when I was on, there was a notice that they know their website is having issues and they're working to resolve.

I couldn't log into our DCL cruise or DisneyGiftCard.com either. They must be doing something corporate-wide.

Issue is apparently with Amazon web services (AWS).
