Can’t cancel dining for tomorrow online or by phone

I’m trying to cancel a Tomorrowland lounge reservation for tomorrow but the app says cancellations can only be made by phone, calling 714-781-DINE has a recorded message that they can’t support reservations at this time and to use the app or website, then it hangs up. I’ve been on hold on the resort reservations phone number and still waiting

Any tips? This is ridiculous

The lounge has a 2-day cancellation period so it's too late to cancel for tomorrow without penalty. But if you can modify it to another date, you should be able to then cancel that reservation. The Tomorrowland lounge is popular, so probably not too many future reservations floating around, but maybe if you try tomorrow morning when reservations drop, for 60 days out, you could modify it.
