I talked with Member Services about accessing the
DVC site from an I-Pad. They said Safari, on the I-Pad has certain known compatibility issues with their site and doesn't access it well. They recommend Chrome, and if you have ANY problems, then they recommend opening a Chrome Incognito Window. It works well from the incognito windows. I suppose that is probably also the case with Firefox. Try opening a Firefox Private window. If these things don't work, then go into your History tab in the pop up menu in the right upper corner, and clear all the cookie and caches from you browser. Then try again.
