Campground in/near Vicksburg MS & Tallahassee

We're traveling from Dallas to Orlando and staying one night in Vicksburg Mississippi and one night in Tallahassee. We've got a popup and need a place for each night.

Any suggestions?

Haven't been to Vicksburg since I was a kid. We used to take family that visited us to the battlefield tours. Can't remember the campground we stayed in either sorry. Just brought back memories.

That's what we want to do is take in the battlegrounds while we're there and head out toward Tallahassee after lunch.

Even a good website to find campgrounds would be helpful. I tried reserveamerica and the closest campground it came up with was 37 miles away. Ugh.

We have stayed here three times and love the place. The folks running it are the greatest and we will stay there again anytime we are in the area.

was gonna suggest them also. not far off 1-10 on hwy 90. there is also a new auto museum close to it and a small golf course near it, also a new publix if ya need it.

any issues with your t&c in tally let me know, i happen to work at the dodge dealer in town
