Campfires at fort wilderness

Question about campfires do they have fire rings or do we have to bring our own campfire ring also do they have firewood or should we bring our own? And are there any restrictions on bringing our own campfire ring?

There are no fire rings in Ft Wilderness. Disney requires that you use a fully enclosed fire pit, ie solid base, screened sides and a solid top. I don't remember where Disney's handout displaying the types the find acceptable is located here but I am sure someone else can . As for firewood You can bring your own and Disney also sells it in The Meadows Trading post.

They do a campfire at the Meadows in the evenings before the movie with Chip and Dale.

Depending on when your going, you might not even want one. In october /november this past ywat it was too hot!

Are these allowed at the cabins or just at a campsite?

Right now there is no campfire at the chip n dale sing a long/movie. No food truck either or chip n dale. They are showing movies 4 nights a week. I just returned last weekend. If you want to do s’mores you can always use the charcoal grills at each site and at cabins.
