Camera use help needed

I had taken a picture that did not have the whole hidden mickey on it, so I did not want to save it......I asked for help and they said to just not save it and go on. well now my camera will not pop up when I want to take a picture as if I is not there, so I asked for help again, was told to buy film, now how can I buy film if my camera will not come up....LOL so I bought a new camera and that one will not show up, so now I am out of 400 points......I want my points back.....I asked for the correct help and this is what I get....can someone help me.....
