Congratulations and welcome to Club Xsi (which probably doesn't exist but maybe it should).
DW and I both carry Xsis and everything on our web site after Sep 2008 was taken with a Xsi (except Midsummer Night's Dream and a very few G11/SD1100 photos). They are very capable cameras.
