First, the good news. Finished my first Half Marathon in 1.58:44 :cool1: This 37 yo mom of 4 was super excited!! My DH rocked it as well...1.54:10

On the downside, I have a yucky foot. It was bothering me last week after my last training run and yoga, but it "looked" fine ie: not swollen or bruised. It hurt like a bruise when I put pressure on it but otherwise didn't hurt to touch or move. So, I sucked it up, taped it up and hit the pavement. After mile 4, the pain was pretty much gone. ;)

Now, it is pretty swollen but still doesn't really hurt. Mostly feels tight on the outside. I hope this goes away fast as the Princess is right around the corner.

Hope everyone had a great race!!!!

Congrats on a great race for you and your DH! Hope your foot heals quickly pixiedust:

Congratulations on your race! What a wonderful example you and DH are for your kids. I hope your foot heals up for you quickly. :wizard:

Great Time!!

Massage & Ice always help my injuries a ton. Keep at it!
