We have a trip coming up and in the past I've taken a camera and our old camcorder, but I hate lugging all that equipment around. I'm tempted to leave the video camera behind since we seem to appreciate the still photos so much more. But, it's DS's first trip and we have lots of video of DD's previous trips.
Anyway, I was at a wedding recently and someone had a camcorder (sony?)that she used for video and still prints. She raved about it so I figured that would be a good idea. I checked on cnet for reviews, but it doesn't seem like many of the camcorders take very good pics.
Is there a such thing as an all-in-one that provides good quality video and good quality still prints? Any first hand experience from those on this board?
